Chorsu is Tashkent’s oldest bazaar, under a huge blue dome. In the morning it’s buzzing: bread straight from the tandoor, crispy samsa, mountains of spices and dried fruit.
Have a light breakfast at the food court: hot bread with kaymak cream, steamed khanum and tea. Save the heavy stuff for later — it’s coming.
