Samarkand-style plov in Tashkent, famous for big portions with plenty of meat. Served with salads, flatbread and hot condiments. Lunchtime is packed — a 20–30 minute wait is normal. Two branches: by Parkent Bazaar (Parkent St, 74, 2nd floor) and Qumariq St, 59. Takeaway and delivery.
