One of Tashkent’s best-known samsa spots, next to Minor Mosque. Samsa is baked all day in big tandoors — crisp flaky pastry and juicy meat. Plov at lunchtime too. A shady open courtyard and a hall with national décor; there’s usually a queue — a good sign.
