About
An Uzbek restaurant by Novikov Group and Family Garden — opened in Tashkent in October 2024, where the whole chain began. The open kitchen cooks all the classics: Samarkand plov, uch-panja shashlik, tandoor samsa, bodomi and Olot samsa, Gijduvan-style lyulya, lamb voguri. Listed in ULTIMA Guide 2025 with an award for best interior: azure and sand tones, bright ceramics and painted platters. 148 seats, 72 more on the summer veranda, and a VIP room.
