About
One of Tashkent’s first national restaurants, open since 1999 and long loved by foreigners. A traditional courtyard house in the centre with carved wood, hand-made carpets, open terraces and live music. Wedding plov, pumpkin manti, liver kebab, hand-pulled lagman, dolma, dimlama, shurpa, qurutob and the signature cheese-and-herb lavash. Rated 5.0 on Yandex Maps (4,600+ ratings).
