Beshbarmak by the Kazakh border
Lamb, hand-rolled noodles and a rich broth — “tastier than in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan”.
🍖 Lamb🍜 Hand-rolled noodles🥣 Broth🏆 Champion
In the Tashkent region beshbarmak is also called “naryn”, and it’s cooked best near the Kazakh border. This is a champion kitchen people drive a long way for.
The meat comes on a big platter with thin, tender noodles, onion sauce on top and a bowl of hot broth on the side.
